Chopped Cobb

The Original Cobb from the Brown Derby.

Crisp romaine, all the veggies, fresh corn cut from the cobb, diced ham, chopped boiled eggs, sliced cheddar and creamy herb vinaigrette.

Teriyaki Salad

Assorted mesculin arranged with seasonal garden vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, buffalo mozzarella and topped with grilled skewers of marinated teriyaki chicken. Dressed with ginger wasbi vinaigrette.

Shrimp Caesar

Jumbo grilled shrimp, Served on a bed of seasonal greens, artichokes, Hearts of palm, drizzled with a homemade Caesar dressing and handmade croutons.

Spring Medley

Romaine hearts, assorted mixed greens, burpless cukes, hearts of palm, sweet onions, carrots and edemame beans. Tossed in herbal cream vinaigrette. sunflower seeds and crunchy croutons. With fresh fruit and cheese wedge.

The Wedge

A large crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce. Toasted spiced pecans, bleu cheese, applewood bacon, sweet onions and vine ripe tomatoes. Dressed with a creamy lemon balm dressing.

Sesame-Seared Ahi-Tuna

Pan-seared medium. Served on a crisp bed of mixed greens, cucumbers, red peppers, caramelized sweet onions and vine ripe tomatoes. Dressed with a wasbi dressing.
